the hotel is in a super location, really close to both tube stations which made getting around super easy. we loved our junior suite, it was fresh and spacious enough for us. plus, the staff was always nice and helpful, they even swapped our room when we had issues with the first one. we enjoyed the vegan high tea too, it was one of the best we've had in london! overall, an amazing stay!

one issue was the damp smell in the hotel, especially in the first room we had, it was kinda annoying. also, we could hear the train from our room sometimes, which was a bit distracting.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed concerts at the Royal Albert Hall and relaxed at the entertainment district. Perfect location, just a short walk from Hyde Park and public transport. The rooms were modern and clean, ideal for our group trip. Definitely recommend it for some fun!

The heating wasn’t much fun. had a chilly stay with a faulty system. Definitely not the quiet retreat I hoped for.

we stayed in the suite for 8 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. the location in bayswater couldn’t be better, as it’s so close to both bayswater and queensway tube stations. the beds were super comfy, and the shower was amazing! the lemon-infused water at the lobby was a refreshing touch after a long day out.
