The room was clean and bright, with a TV hidden at the foot of the bed and a coffee maker. the bed was super comfy 😊. the location was fantastic - we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

Its location in London was marvellous, just off the centre of London, Bayswater and Queensway and Bayswater Underground Station. The room with great interior.

The room I reserved was clean, equipped with robes, an iron, and a selection of amenities, and the breakfast offered a great variety of dishes.

Clean and fantastic hotel with courteous staff and appetising food. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the superior king room, plus coffee, temperature control and a storage space. Incredible location with a subway station very close to the venue. Also, easy access to Elfin Oak.

The room had beautiful decor and a marble bathroom, perfect for relaxing. the hotel is in a marvelous location, next to local restaurants and the park, as well as close to two tube stations and shops. - the staff were exceptional and pleasant to interact with.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to two tube stations and allowing me to easily explore the city. The staff were friendly and made me feel at home. The hotel facilities were great, with a gorgeous bathroom and heated floors that added a touch of luxury to my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my time here.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was conveniently situated right on top of the underground and surrounded by shops that were open late. We also appreciated being near two metro stations, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff on the night shift were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The leisure garden area provided a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing.

Some staff members on the late evening shift did not seem to care about providing good customer service and had difficulty understanding our requests due to their limited English skills. This was a minor inconvenience but did not detract from our overall positive experience.

The cleanliness of the room was lacking, with dirty floors and stains. The noise from the bathroom and the corridor was quite loud, requiring the use of earplugs.
